This weekend is the All State Orchestra festival at ASU. One student, Nathan Spencer will be going along with Mr. Taurin. It will be two and half days on the campus at ASU.

Jazz band will be performing at the Prescott Library this coming Friday the 21st from 3-4pm. Kids need to be ready to go at 2:15 to load the bus.

We will be voting on the new board members at our June meeting. An announcement needs to be made at the next concert to make parents aware and try to get more people involved.

We did buy our Disneyland tickets and we do have confirmation. Jennifer will have a packing list made up by the end of the week. The bus, hotel and Disney tickets have all been paid for. Four kids have not paid yet and we need to get that money by Friday.

Chaperone meeting for Disney next Wednesday 19th at 6:30pm at the Starbucks at Frontier Village.

Trailer is ready to pick up on Friday. We will have the small trailer as well for extra room for instruments. Permission slips have been passed out to the kids

Kids have been divided into groups of four and chaperones will use video chat to check in on the kids throughout the trip. Chaperones should have a packet with a list of all the students, permission slips, medical forms and a small first aid kit. Kids should have their medication with them. We will inform all the kids where the first aid stations are in both parks. Next week Disney should call about the time of the clinic and location.

Band uniforms need to be checked and we need to make sure we have them all.

We need printed programs for the last band concert on May 2nd with the names of the kids in the program.

May 15th will be our awards night at 5:30, potluck for all students.

Jason Taurin is leaving and we have interviewed 4 possible candidates for the upcoming school year.
