Meeting Minutes 03-05-2024

Meeting called to order at 12:45

Attendees: Jenifer Whitemore, Jen Lacey, Lani Pierie, Leslie Schuster

Approval of last meeting minutes and financials made by Leslie Schuster and second motion

made by Jen Lacey. All in favor, none opposed.

Dr. Audis update: March 25th is the Jazz benefit concert. Leslie and Lani will run the bake sale

and we will send an email out for cookie donations. We will have coffee available as well. We

will also have donation jars out.

April 25th is the end of the year trip to Mesa community college for the clinic and fun event.

Chocolate Bar Sales: March 1st is the deadline to turn in money for chocolate bar sales. There

are still 17 boxes out. 15 students still need to turn in their money. Dr. Audis will remind the

students.

Future Freshman night: March 6th is future freshman night at PHS. We need to have students

at this event to represent the Band and Orchestra. We also should reach out to the families

from MIle High and try to get those band kids interested in the PHS music program.

June 30th is the end date to our current PHS Band Booster Board

Spaghetti Dinner: served around 150 people. We received 132.00 in donations and 4,000

dollars from Acker. Auction profit was 2,106.85. We did have a lot of food left over.

Upcoming Events: March 5th Band and Orchestra Concert

March 6th Future Freshman Night

March 7th ABODA Festival in Flagstaff

March 25th Benefit Jazz Concert

Website: needs to be updated and needs to have all the concert dates and the Spaghetti dinner

on it. We will have a better turn out if we keep our website updated. This position is very

important and will need to be filled next year.
