Upcoming fundraiser - World’s Finest Chocolate bar sales. It was decided we will try to purchase 50 boxes of the $2 bars and 50 boxes of the $1 bars or just the $1 bars if all have to be the same. We will receive 5 free boxes. Sales will only be during the month of February.

Next restaurant night is Chipotle on January 22nd from 4-8pm.

Big, upcoming fundraiser is the Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction on February 22nd. Very few parents have volunteered to help thus far. Jennifer will be sending an email again with the link to sign up to help the night of the event and to remind parents to please ask for donations for the silent auction. Tania and Lisa recently went to Phoenix to ask businesses for donations. Several donations were secured and others are on the way. There will be a sign-up sheet placed in the band room for students to help the night of the event. We decided to keep the dinner pricing the same, $7 a plate the night of the event or $5 presale. Presale tickets will be available for purchase in the Bookstore and will be available until February 19th. Price for families of 5 people will be discounted at $30. We have changed the time of the event this year to 5:00-7:30pm with the auction wrapping up at 7pm. We will have a separate planning meeting on January 25th at 11:30am. The Jazz Band will play the night of the dinner.

Other Business: Marching band uniforms are collected from the students and are ready to be dry cleaned. Dr. Audis will be following up with a PO so the school can cover the cost. The boosters will assist with transporting to/from cleaners as needed.

Jennifer has followed up with the parents who volunteered to write grants, but has not received replies. She will be reaching out again.

Next meeting will be February 6, 2024 at 12:30pm.
