Pay through the PHS Webstorefor tax credits designated only to Prescott High School. Access the Webstore to download and print your tax credit receipt, or visit the PHS bookstore for your receipt.
By Form
Print and complete the PUSD Tax Credit Form, and return with payment to the PUSD District Office, or to the school of your choice. You will be mailed a receipt to use in your tax preparation.

Pay by phone with your Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card by calling Kathy Wallner at the district office, 928-445-5400, x 109. You will be mailed a receipt to use in your tax preparation.
