Parent Meeting
Thursday, August 24, 2017
7:00 P.M. - Band Room
Mr. Bradstreet’s agenda items Dates, procedures, practicing instruments,
RoundUp Fundraiser- Code out to families in a follow up email. Will attach to their debit cards, pick amount they want to give- which can be changed from month to month. We get a check every month. Flyer to explain how to sign up for the night of parent information. Make it an easy process-Whitney will put a link to the round up fundraiser.
Vote on Bylaws- Went over changes to bylaws. A motion was made, seconded and voted on by all participants. There was no opposing votes.
Scholarships- we can help out with fees-Contact Lisa Hosking if you want to know more about it.
Mile High Marching Festival
Oct. 21, 15 bands signed up so far will probably be 20 or more. 2 hour shift volunteers are needed. Ivolunteer sign up. We also have sign up sheets in the back in the lobby. We need food handler certificates- online- 3 year certificate- in person will get a 2 year certificate- volunteers for concessions. 1st Aid certified station volunteers needed. We need help with the program- selling Ads. If you own a business or know someone who owns a business- please buy an ad.

Booster Shirts-Shirt Table is out front to sign up. 2 different designs
Fee for Food- $50.00- Cash or Check- 9 meals- Table up in lobby if you want to write a check tonight or give a check tomorrow before the game.
Sponsorship Crew Volunteers- She went over cost of sponsorships from a handout.
Volunteers needed for marching band: pit crew needed- same people every time- 15 minutes before half time then get them off the field. Go to festivals and home games for free. contact Lisa Hosking.
We need drivers with trucks to haul trailers
We need 3 or 4 volunteers to help feed kids, band mats, uniform distribution & put away
Volunteers needed at Italian dinner, marching festival
Photographer needed to take photos throughout the school year of the kids at events.
